Anybody want to go in on this with me?

http://realestate.escapeartist.com/P-2011474/

Email me if you can even entertain the idea.

450 acres, beachfront for $85k with many fruit trees etc. Looks awesome.

If you are serious, email me - shaun.d.russell@gmail.com --- 450 acres, could get 2-3 of us to go in on it and have a nice little plantation going.

I think this is for 1 acre. The minimum lot size. I could be wrong though read the last paragraph

From the site, I took it to mean $85k/acre.

Not for me...way too high....

Havana will welcome with open arms the first few raftees going south to them, I wonder if they have a wetfoot policy. Go see the Cuban Embassy and tell em you want to be the first American to make a jeepraft to land there, it would be priceless. I can see the headline in the Miami Herald "Man builds Jeepraft to ask for citizenship in Cuba" Someones gotta be first, bon voyage, will follow.

Will they really? I wouldn't mind going to Cuba: cigars, rum, and women! Kinda makes up for the communism, b/c those Cubanas are smokin' hot! Anyways, I'm sure once we're finished with the Middle East, Cuba and Venezuela are next on the hitlist.

I have been investigating moving to Panama for a couple of years now. Been there twice and hope to begin spending most of my time there soon. But mountain land is way cheaper and cooler. The coast is HOT and HUMID. Beautiful though. I want in the mountains where it is cool year around and streams will support hydroelectricity. I actually put my move off in order to campaign for RP. I hoped he might be able to change the reasons that I am moving. Alas, not to be.

South Brazil was very beautiful and impressive; my next trip will be to Uruguay:

According to Uruguayan immigration law, people who move to Uruguay and are granted permanent residency in Uruguay are also entitled to a Uruguayan passport...U.S. citizens do not need a visa to stay in Uruguay for less than 90 days. Business-oriented visas are available; contact the embassy for details.
