Apparently we can get Ron Paul on the ballot in TN as an "independent" with a mere 275 signatures. Of course he would have to agree to it. See page 2 of this link:

However in order for his name to be counted as a write-in he would have to agree to this and submit the form the every single county election office in the state:

No. Don't put him on. It'll only take away from Barr/Baldwin--the candidates actually running.

Chances are near-0 that he'll sign on to this and it can't be done w/o Dr. Paul's consent.
