OK, so it is a long story but basically I have a certificate that is good for a two night stay on Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. It includes breakfast each morning. It is valued at $450.

The hotel is Georgetown Suites located at 1111 30th Street OR 1000 29th Street, NW, Washington, DC. Yes there are two hotels in the area this can be used at. Here is the hotel:

Basically, I bought it at discount wanting to use it for the Revolution March but my plans have fell through. So, I can't use it but it could be your gain.

There are blackout dates if you should know about just in case you don't want to use it for the March. It is not good for April, May, September or October and it expires in November. So, just to be clear, it is basically only useful for June, July and August of THIS year.

Let me know if you are interested. I will post pictures of the hotel rooms, they're really amazing rooms with seperate bedrooms and a full kitchen. I prefer using paypal and I will express ship the certificate to you ASAP.

Let's start the bidding guys...I'm open for offers. I don't expect to sell it for what I paid.

No offense to the poster if I am mistaken. Something seems very fishy about this "certificate offer". Make sure you do your research peeps! :)

I'm already booked at the Fairmont, but I'll check with some folks who are going. If one of them needs it, I'll steer 'em to this thread.

No, I'm a legit poster here. Just check my post history, and besides I joined the forums in like June or July 2007 so I'm not a newbie with a 2008 sign up date. I would never screw anybody over and I acknowledged the blackout dates. Heck I could even scan the certificate and post a picture of it if you want.

Good idea. I thought I'd try here first. I will scan a picture of it and post it.

I'm looking for a room. Is $300 good enough?
