He has 33 staffers now. I think he is spending quite a bit.
Q3 numbers should be interesting, a good chunk of change was spent in Iowa even though it wasn't nearly what Mitt dropped.

I think he only spent a 1/4 million on Iowa.

I think a Super Bowl commercial is a GREAT idea.
I just looked it up, and a 30-second spot goes for about $2.5 million. The SB is right around the beginning of primary season, so by then he'll be about out of time to muster support. If Dr. Paul finishes the year with $8-10 million on-hand, and he's serious about not running on a third party ticket if he fails to get the GOP nomination (as I believe he is), running an ad or two during the SB -- usually the highest-rated TV show of the year, explaining to people why they should support him in their state's primary, could be a great way to spend a big chunk of what's left going for broke.
