Can someone help me- I don't understand what they mean with "Internet Average", and so it's a little bit difficult for me to understand the data.

They don't explain it very well - IMO it's the average of their statistical sample for all users set to 100. So the graphs for 65+F are relative to the average users 65+. It doesn't mean if 65+ was bigger than any other category there were more 65+, just there were more relative to the average.
