Not sure what sub forum to post this in. Someone needs to ask McCain how this incident will be handled if it is indeed confirmed that these are active duty Mexican Army. Read this article here. I found it on drudge.

Police reports show that three men arrested in a Phoenix home invasion and homicide Monday may have been active members of the Mexican Army.

While on the J.D. Hayworth show, Phoenix Law Enforcement Association President Mark Spencer said that the men involved were hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and assassinations.

The Monday morning incident at 8329 W. Cypress St. resulted in the death of the homeowner. Between 50 and 100 rounds were fired at the house.

Spencer said a police officer told him that one of the men captured said they were completely prepared to ambush Phoenix police, but ran out of ammunition.

He added that all were all dressed in military tactical gear and were armed with AR-15 assault rifles. Three other men involved in the invasion escaped.

However, Phoenix Police have not confirmed the men were Mexican Army members.

Sgt. Joel Tranter said one suspect revealed that he had "prior military training," but "no credible evidence" that any of them were active in the military.

How many San Diego-based sailors and Marines have been busted in Tijuana for various petty crimes over the years? Answer? A lot.

The difference between 'petty crime' and 'murder' is quite pronounced.

I doubt the motive here is retaliation. Why are these incidents being called home invasions and murder? At minimum this is domestic terrorism and if these people are really Mexican hired by drug cartels to commit murder, then its terrorism. If its carried out by active duty Mexican Army with the fire power to ambush "citizen" police, then its probable cause for state sponsored terror.

It happened in Senator McCain's state capitol and he is for amnesty and open boarders. This is an escalation in Reconquistas.

I want the republican nominee to answer this question right now.

Well, if they're training Canadian and Mexican troops to keep us from opposing the NAU, and the best they can do is to load up to wipe out the entire Phoenix P.D. with a hundred whole rounds and then waste them all on a house with one person in it, I'd say the neocons are on the wrong side and have the wrong plan.

I wouldn't fly off the handle and start panicking just yet, kids.

One guy, who claimed he had "prior military training" (he may have been trained in the US Army for all we know) isn't exactly a reason to run screaming into the streets....

The sky is falling, the sky is falling!

Problem is this is just the tip of the iceberg. Many land owners in America now have to carry weapons on their property because of Mexican incursions.

Not only do they have to carry weapons, but they really need to carry automatic weapons just to have a decent chance for self defense against those who have automatic weapons.

I was you not too long ago, but remember. The walls that keep them out keep you in. It isn't lack of a wall that makes people come here. Do you go places just because there isn't a fence, or do you go there to get something you want.

End the welfare state, solve the border problem. Legalize recreational drugs, end
the drug cartel problem.

There is a possible precedent of foreign military operations happening on US soil.

"What if the actual truth was far more ominous than that, and involved a military style, direct assault operation inside of the United States? "

They need to put up a fence between to other fences. The two outer fences keep people from getting to the inner fence. The inner fence should be high tension electrical lines in opposing rows so it looks easy to climb.

Let them climb the other fence just to get burned to a crisp when attempting to climb the inner fence.

Works to keep the population of bugs in the yard down. Should work to keep the big bugs out of our country too.
