Does anybody know at what time the Sept. 2 Minnesota rally starts?

The last time I checked, the plane tickets were cheaper for September 2nd...coming on September 1st to Minnesota costs about $200 more plus the hotel for that particular day.

The earliest flight arrives at about noon...so I could be at the rally at about 1pm-2pm....Will I miss something?
