Need a few RP .gif banners to advertise on high traffic site

Hello all, I posted this in another section just a bit ago and think it was the wrong place. I hope I'm in the appropriate place now.

I have a site that gets over 5 million visits monthly and I want to run some Ron Paul banners. However, I have no knowledge of how to make a .gif with revolving text. I am looking for something like this ( http://c.myspace.com/Groups/00021/96/94/21904969_l.gif ) in 468x60 and 172x204. It doesn't have to be exactly like that banner but something solid that attracts the attention of a casual browser. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looking at the one with the flashing stars, it looks like the greenscreen characters you see on Conan O'Brien.

I wish I knew how to do something like:

Ron Paul is there and Huckabee face enters stage left
Ron changes expression to angry and yells "NO"
Huckabee face exits stage left
Giuliani enters stage left....
repeat....
Graphic comes up 'who is Dr. No'? click here!

Hello fellow Ron Paul Supporters.

My name is Scott and I am a freelance web designer, mainly I build really solid tableless CSS/XHTML 1.0 Stirct markup layouts, but I also dabble with graphic design. I will take a stab at it, I also have a ton of art already located on my www.smdesignworks.com/blog if you just needed something to work with. I tried to include the Photoshop and Illustrator files so you can even change things around if you would like.

Either way, I can offer amazing advice or really good alternatives on ways to get things done, I actually do a ton of web consulting so I have a lot of up to date knowledge, so feel free to pick my brain if you have any web design or development issues or questions.
