look, if they left it where it originally was: 200 to 1, and RP wins, they would go broke in a heartbeat. Why? because enough people made bets at 200 to 1 odds (gah, I still kick myself for not making at least a 100 dollar bet then) to lower it to 15 to 1 odds. Then enough made bets at that price to reduce it to 8 to 1.
