There is really no way for a non-insider to know how much oil is left. It is possible peak oil is real, and it is possible that there is enough oil left for at least another 200 years.

I prefer to not take the word of either side and just say there is no way to know. If anything maybe I would lean slightly to one side over the other. It seems a bit more likely that there is plenty of oil in the world and it is either being held back or it is undiscovered. I mean the Earth has been around for billions of years and we've only been using oil for about 100 years. Anyone that thinks theey are so certain that one side is correct over the other needs to step back a bit and look at the information we have. There is no way to be certain unless you are on the top of the power structure and have the info.

I dunno I'm pretty sure that peak oil is a fraud so, oilman can control the supply side of things. Here's an interesting article if you ever wondered how Russia is finding so much oil.
