"Just a heads up. The Nye County Republicans (NCRCC) have scheduled their 2nd quarterly meeting on June 28th.
The meeting is in Pahrump @ 1pm.

They have mailed out a postcard to members insinuating you need to attend to "certify your membership"

Just FYI."

Please, send a "NICE" email asking why they would schedule this! Remember; NYE county WON for Ron Paul in Nevada!!! This county chairman deliberately goes against the winning delegation of her county. You call this a representative democracy?

Ya, a couple weeks ago it was a statewide republican bbq or something they had planned for that day, I think they are still doing that too :rolleyes:


It will be a shame for them if our guys get a chorum and none of the mccainiacs will be there to have their vote counted :)

Yes, and the same chair replied to me when I solicited her attendance and support to the previously suggested June 7th date (which was declined by the NV GOP...big surprise), said they had been plannnig a barbeque for 2 months and they couldn't possible accept that date. Once could be a coincidence....twice, deliberate sabotage. And the idea that people have to attend this conflicting shindig on the 28th or lose their membership, is a threat. So, now it has come to threats. We have to turn this around. I just spoke with Cameron (whoever he is) at the NV GOP office in Las Vegas and told him that I would be attending the June 28th convention as that is the will of the delegates and advised him that the GOP establishment should join us there. They have a chance to be heroes instead of villians. Anyway, I spoke with him for several minutes and explained that Sue Lowden improperly recessed the convention, so it is completely within our right as delegates, now in charge of the convention after being credentialed, to get back to work. He just loved me, I can tell (scarcasm). I was polite, but firm. He was also polite.
