Great to see people working on these.

My suggestion would be to now take this draft material and focus on editing it down to a 60 to 90 second spot.

Personally only the very beginning and then a chunk at the end appealed to me emotionally.

In my opinion the video has way too much text for this presentation format. One quote screens at the start is probably all you want.

In the middle if you want to make this longer than a 30 second clip, you should focus on driving your video with active images and video footage. Don't forget Ken Burns.

Use smaller text fragments.

And if you have a voice that works for the voiceover, I really think you should give it a shot. Having to rely on text screens for all narration really limit the pacing of the video.
