I'm surprised no one has posted this yet:

Basically, it's a game that simulates the general election--you raise funds, campaign, hold rallies, etc.

I've played it before, but it's kinda time-consuming if you want to play it correctly.

Either way, they have a sequel now:

It looks interesting...and best of all, it includes Ron Paul! :)

Are there primaries or third party/indy candidates you can be, unlike last time?

That was my biggest complaint with the last installment. Three way+ elections are so much more fun and exciting than 2 way elections, it's also fun to be the come from nowhere victor.

don't know--the information is rather vague at this point.

I know a lot of fans wanted primaries for this game...dunno if that'll happen though.

I'd really like to know who they predict will be the winner this year though--last year they correctly predicted George Bush would win, that Ohio would be the deciding State, and guessed the outcome in 48 out of the 50 States.

I wonder why they haven't posted the predictions yet?
