We live in a constitutional republic that utilizes a system of checks and balances to protect the bill of rights. So even with RP not being the President, we'll still find a way to have our freedom protected from their crimes whether it is through civil disobedience, jury nullification, or state/local nullification.:D

How are those checks and balances working out for you, Dude?

Don't forget getting to work over a year earlier this time and packing Congress in 2010. That year isn't far off.

It works for things like income taxes but it doesn't work as far as bringing troops home. Oklahoma the other day did declare sovereignty so it is clearly working for the people in Oklahoma.

2010 will be a great year for us BUT 2009 is going to be ALOT of work on our part. We need to locate all of the candidates and start doing the GOTV efforts by building solid bases for all the candidates.

I think it is easier to do this "by locale" as in a support the candidate closest to you mentality and hopefully IN your own city anyways.

I think the CFL will be dumping money on all liberty candidates as will one of Trevor's sites for certain candidates.

2009 will be the year of getting volunteers and supporters so we can GOTV 2010, then just imagine what type of strength we will have for the 2012 election.

Amazing things WILL happen in the next 2-4 years for our country.

That's not a check and balance in the traditional sense. I thought you meant Executive vs. Legislative vs. Judicial. Sorry, I misunderstood.

It breaks down very simply. Ron Paul haters do not understand the Constitution and they will NOT admit it. They think they honor and support it, and that the government does the same. We need a LOT of education on this, but we also need to get them to read such education material, because they will not think they need to.
