Nah...

First rule:
Navel gazing -- talk about CFL ...and ONLY CFL ...ALL the time.

Second Rule:
Grandiosity -- talk about the fact that CFL is SOO GREAT that it will change life, the universe, and everything.

Third Rule:
Ambiguity -- NEVER discuss anything that CFL is ACTUALLY doing (because it isn't) ...instead vaguely discuss everything that CFL might possibly do in the future ....but stay very ambiguous about how it will DO any of it.

Fourth Rule:
Secrecy -- NEVER talk about what CFL actually IS (is it a PAC or something else? Ron Paul does not know... no one knows... no one NEEDS to know... Shhhh).
