Not sure how much was there, but it was a lot of money. Not quite 100%.

Where'd it go, and why?

Okay, the ChipIn's back. It's at 60%.

Can Dr. Paul fund the rest with his money? He wouldn't personally benefit from it - except maybe a little publicity.

I don't think he is in this for personal benefit. He asked us to mobilize in DC and we are doing it. Mass mobilization has always been a part of every movement.

Your question is a good one. And one that we ourselves have considered. Now that he isn't restrained by campaign laws, he can do what he wants. Maybe we'll ask him. :D:D

Seriously. The ChipIn only needs about $10,000 more. That'd be a drop in the bucket from Dr. Paul's warchest. And maybe they could spend a little more and upgrade some things.

True, but........to be honest with you, at the time I wrote that "maybe we'll ask him" I was kidding. I have a problem with him using campaign money for anything other than campaigning. I know its legal and all, but it bothers me. I find myself waffling on it now, but I know it's because we're trying to scrimp and scrape up enough money to pull off a really terrific event. Good thing I'm not a politician. :D
