That Ron Paul only received 3,350 from google employees when one guy clearly states he donated the full 2300 to ron paul, and there were a butt load of guys there to donate.

The 3,350 number was Q2 numbers, RP went to google in Q3, so any fundraising from the visit has not been reported yet. So by using Q2 numbers the MSM is lying about how well he did at the event compared to Hillary.

So the question, to me, is always this: is it intentional, or just ignorance? That could easily be simply shoddy research. It could also be intentionally shoddy research, so... *sigh*

Yes but it makes me upset that this always happens. Plus we email the NYT when they reported the error but they didn't do anything about it. Now that they haven't done anything about it it is spreading. That is what is upsetting.

A lot of shoddy or dishonest reporting has been going on.

yes all the media repost articles... AP or Reuters make a business of that.

Guys, think positive. Ron Paul is mentioned favorable in the first paragraph of a widespread news article. Our efforts are getting somewhere!

Don't get too down, keep sending in emails to get the facts straight, and have fun.

I would be the last person to defend the media, but it is not just Ron Paul stories that get screwed up though. It is often just their incompetence rather than their agenda. It seems like every time I am familiar with something first hand that makes it into the news it is reported inaccurately even when there is nothing to gain from misreporting it. When it comes to politics though it does seem like the misreporting always seems to be to the advantage of the side of the issue that the reporter wants to push so their incompetence does seem to be outweighed by their bias.
