Some Paul supporters have taken it upon themselves to dream up ideas of what the campaign should do next or who the movement should vote for. Although they have good intentions Ron Paul has already organized the next step for us.

partial quote from http://www.ronpaul2008.com/

"It is now time to take the energy this campaign has awakened and channel it into long term efforts to take back our country. We have some exciting plans and projects to move the revolution forward that will come together in the next couple of months.
I will work on my last breath on this great message. That I promise you."

Ron Pauls goal has been to educate the voting masses about how our country has fallen from grace and will continue to fall if real changes are not made. Our goal has always been real changes not bandaids. Changes with long term ideals in mind.
Have some forgotten how he handled himself during 911 and the ensuing call to arms? "Wise men see fools rush in". I'll wait for Ron Pauls next step.

By your own choice of grammar & syntax, it would appear you don't consider yourself one of us... Your phraseology is of an outsider...

"I'll wait for Ron Pauls next step."

Yea, you obviously are a sheep.. More to the point, if you'd be paying attentionduring the campaign, he's said many times - we shouldn't be looking to him for orders.

Good try. Better luck next time.

Because of your inability to comprehend a simple post, that makes me an outsider? Put the pipe down and turn off Pink Floyd for abit before you post next time. lol

"if you'd be paying attentionduring" thx for the grammar lesson lol

Ron Paul is leading the campaign so, according to you, I shouldn't look for his next step? Nice thought process.

How you got what you did from my post is amazing. Is today Arrogant Clown Day? Guess you win.

I love your generalizations... "Ron Pauls Goal seems to be lost to some of his supporters." Who exactly are we talking about here? How did this opinion of yours form? Sorry, I just don't see that anywhere... I think everyone pretty much knows exactly whats going on.

He's not leading the movement... that's my point. That is totally at odds with yours.. we don't need to follow him & wait for orders. <-- He's said that himself... and throughout the whole campaign, he didn't micromanage... There are articles about him, refusing to tell his staff whether he wanted the lights on or not in the bus... the AC on or off.

No Joke...

But thats the way it should be and he knew that. Because if it was all about him, if it was only about him and not the message - he knew it would be bound to fail. But this is a movement, and a LIFELONG one for a lot of people involved now... it's all about the message. Go ask Ron Paul. :)

read this board you'll see posts. you missed the throw support to Bob Barr posts?
Which I don't understand since Paul hasn't thrown his support to anyone running for President.

because he doesn't micro manage relates to something I posted? You don't understand my original post, there was nothing in depth, no second meaning, no hidden message or agenda.

How you can say he is not leading the movement is beyond me. Whose agenda are we following? Answer Ron Pauls. If you want to say it's the message of our framers, well thats true too, but a bit nit picky.

Ron Paul and his message are one in the same. Are you saying we don't need Ron Paul to continue what he believes in? Well, you don't need any one person really but what does that have to do with my post. You're seeing way too much in my post. Nitpicking abit

Nah, for Conza88 EVERYDAY is a day for acting like a "SCREAMING Arrogant Clown"... kinda like this guy:

Whatcha gotta do is go to your account prefs and add "Conza88" to your ignore list... which completely solves this minor "design problem" with the RPF forums.

Ohh no, those threads were prevalent - both here & at DP.. Some were from genuine supporters, but the vast majority were not imo.. The endless spam of threads about it, even made it an issue with the "REAL" supporters complaining over there... But whatever, I just realise - they want our vote; I'm not giving it too them... and since Ron Paul supporters; have their OWN brains, to think with - who cares, what they as individuals do? If they want to go do that.. fine. Not really any of my business. If they continue to wake people up - all the more power to them.

Yes... "I'll wait for Ron Paul's next step." - Ahh, did you mean more so like "Screw all the other false oppositions, I'm in this too the end with the movement"? Because up until then, in my mind you were kind of saying "I'm just going to sit around and wait until I get my orders from Ron Paul."

If thats the case, i.e the former - then I guess we've had a miss communication. Could have been clearer. :p

Lol, well if you want to get to the truth, it is 'a bit nit picky'. It's not Ron Paul's message. He's said that himself.. and no, its my opinion he's not leading the movement. And I'm not sure how you can really say he is... in terms of our rally point, it's him, he's the beacon, he's what brought us together... But by his own self admission... He COULDN'T stop it, even if he tried.

Ron Paul and his message are one in the same. Are you saying we don't need Ron Paul to continue what he believes in? Well, you don't need any one person really but what does that have to do with my post. You're seeing way too much in my post.

You answered your own question. But yea I guess I was, kind of began at that miscommunication. Ah well. :D

Wrong. I haven't done any "screaming" today... ;) and when I do, its in the face of ignorance & usually through righteous indignation.

As for putting me on your ignore list... Why don't you Rellim? Take your own advice... It'd be my honor to be ignored be you.

We are a grassroots movement. Revolutions don't wait around waiting for marching orders. A revolution pushes from the bottom up.

look passed this ONE election cycle people....

This effort is bigger then THIS election, we need to work on educating the public so the NEXT election cycle does not go down like it has this time around

Educate, strategize and take over. Who cares if I vote for barr or baldwin or anyone for that matter when the real thing that needs to happen is educating those around me so in 2-4 years and any other elections happen they will choose the liberty candidates and not simply listen to what the news tells you.

The dems will take the white house, great.. Let them trash things and prove that government socialism does NOT work and we can focus on educating the public so when our "votes" do count they will be counted in NUMBERS.

If you want to vote for Barr, GREAT, if you want to vote for someone else, GREAT but don't worry about how others vote or that we ALL must vote for this one person or that person so our "voice" can be heard. We all have different voices....

I am more interested in the next 4 years of educating the public versus what will happen in this ONE election cycle.

Keep fighting for liberty.

That's sort of where I am at. I am volunteering for a local candidate, but I'm hoping that he has a national plan ready.

I will state for the record though, and I know this is controversial, that if he has the same people running this new organization that ran his campaign.....we're going to be slogging through the mud.
