Ron Paul : "I will work until my last breath on behalf of this great message. That I promise you."
(from ronpaul2008.com)

Frédéric Bastiat: "This is the principle of justice, peace, order, stability, harmony, and logic. Until the day of my death, I shall proclaim this principle with all the force of my lungs."
(from the Law)

Two real champions of liberty.

P.S: Read "The Law" by Frédéric Bastiat (http://www.constitution.org/law/bastiat.htm)

Bastiat is brillant. He has written some of the most important books about freedom and economics and has set the ground for later champions of freedom like the Austrian School. He has some great quotes, too. "Government is the great fiction through which everybody endeavors to live at the expense of everybody else." You can't put it better. He has a great talent for using simple metaphors and stories to show economic fallacies (for example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parable_of_the_broken_window)

I strongly suggest to read some of his work.

Ron Paul is a true champion of this tradition.

One of my alltime favorite quotes.
