Very similar, but not quite the same. The voter pledge gets right to the point: "I will vote for Ron Paul in the primary and general".

BTW, one person was having technical trouble pledging. I'm thinking it's on his end, but please contact me if you have trouble so I can deal with any bugs.

Absolutely. Regardless of the libertarian part, it would look better to have its own domain. I'll do that if it "takes off" at all. Don't want to waste the time and money if it's going to fizzle out.

Be old enough and be registered as a republican. That's pretty much it. Make sure you are correctly registered, like if you moved since last time or something.
