Good News from Arizona! Final Passage of Anti-NAU and Anti-Real ID Bills on June 11

Two great successes on the same day!!!
On June 11 the Arizona House passed a Senate version of its anti-NAU resolution (HCM 2003) by a vote of 33 to 19 and transmitted the resolution to the Arizona Secretary of State. Earlier the Senate had passed its version of HCM 2003 on May 12 by a vote of 18 to 8. The bill is:
URGING THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES TO WITHDRAW THE UNITED STATES FROM THE SECURITY AND PROSPERITY PARTNERSHIP OF NORTH AMERICA AND ANY OTHER BILATERAL OR MULTILATERAL ACTIVITY THAT SEEKS TO CREATE A NORTH AMERICAN UNION.
Also, on June 11 the Arizona House passed the Senate version of HB 2677 (“REAL ID act; implementation prohibited”) by a vote of 51 to 1. The Senate had already passed this version of HB 2677 on May 6 by a vote of 21 to 7. After House passage on June 11, the bill was sent to Governor Napolitano. Arizona’s anti-Real ID Act bill is very strongly worded:
THIS STATE SHALL NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REAL ID ACT OF 2005…. THE DEPARTMENT SHALL NOT IMPLEMENT THE REAL ID ACT OF 2005 AND SHALL REPORT TO THE GOVERNOR AND THE LEGISLATURE ANY ATTEMPT BY AGENCIES OR AGENTS OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY TO SECURE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REAL ID ACT OF 2005 THROUGH THE OPERATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY.
Arizona citizens that turned out for hearings on the above resolutions:

Does your state have anti-North American Resolutions yet? It is up to you to educate your Congress representatives about NAFTA and the North American Union and plus the Real ID.
