In other words, out of all the people you have given a copy to, what percentage of them were awaken by reading it?

It's relative to how asleep they are. :)
Someone people are in a coma, and some are searching frantically for answers in this world that 'just ain't right'.

So, for you, what is the approximate percentage of "wake ups"?

Anyone who gets through the first chapter is usually going to want to discuss the book with you afterwards. I haven't met a person so far who has read it completely and still disagreed with him as well.

I think it is by far the best method to getting people to wake up, no more stress in trying to "sell ron paul" as a presidential candidate but rather "read this book and tell me what you think about it AFTER". It works much better...

I want to get a copy to every member of my family before christmas or as a christmas present depending as well as start getting copies out locally to the libraries and other public areas as well.

It is a much better conversion rate then any youtube video or slim jim indeed.
