You forgot to list the 2004 Presidential candidate for the Constitution Party, Michael Anthony Peroutka (http://www.peroutka2004.com/), in your poll. He's whom I voted for.

Ever since I was first able to vote, I've always used a simple formula:

If there is a Libertarian candidate running for a particular office, vote for them.
If there is no Libertarian candidate on the ballot for that office, vote for the Constitution Party candidate.
If there is no Constitution Party candidate on the ballot for that office, vote for the Green Party candidate.
If there is no Green Party candidate on the ballot for that office, vote for the Republican candidate.
If there is no Republican candidate on the ballot for that office and a democrat is running unopposed, I write in the name of a dead rock star (Frank Zappa or Jimi Hendrix will usually do).

The first time I ever voted was in 1988, it was wonderful to be able to vote for Ron Paul again. I still haven't decided if I'm going to vote for Chuck Baldwin or write in Ron Paul in the general this year....we'll have to see what the Good Doctor has to say after the National Convention (no vote for Barr from me....I cannot vote for anyone who voted for the patriot act, war, drug war, etc). I guess this election cycle (and in the future) my tried and true formula has to be modified to put known Ron Paul Republicans at the top of the list as first choice over the Libertarians.

Sadly, I supported Bush.
But that was when I had just bought my first Computer and was listening to the Ministry of Propaganda.
I have learned much in the years since,( and continue to) though I am not sure that my vote even mattered given the vote fraud that took place.
I will be more informed this time.

Michael Peroutka (http://www.peroutka2004.com/).

I remember very well, he didn't get any debate time just like RP.

He wasnt even on the ballot where I was living at the time, so I wrote Him In.

Why would/should a new user with 89 posts care enough to craft a poll about how I voted in 2004?

I'd imagine he's curious - as am I.

I did not vote in 2004. It only encourages them anyway. They use it as a sort of legitimacy.

Haha, I was 12 as well. I was on the neocon side, I was a big Bush fan, totally hoodwinked by the propaganda that was on Fox News on our TV all day.

I didn't start reforming my views until October or so. It didn't take long for the message to sink in, though.

George W Bush.

I think he's the man for the job, and he was definitely a better choice than Kerry.

I voted for Harry Brown in 2000 and Kerry in 2004 praying to God didn't win a second term. I'm proud to say I have resorted back to not voting the better of two evils.
