The solution to our world's over population would be to put our scientists to work shinking down our population. In other words, when the world's population doubles, the average size of each human should shrink to half in size.
The benefits? Every time the average size of human beings is halved, the quantity of meat in the world doubles. The size of each house would shrink to the point that people could just live in doll houses.
And just think of our auto industry? While the big 3 in Detroit can't build a quality car, the tonka toy car company builds such high quality products that an elephant can step on them.
Shrinking the average size of each American citizen to half in size would also cut government corruption in half as wasteful spending will only need to be half as much.

The Georgia Guide Stones recommend a human world population of 500 million max, in perpetuity. Any reduction volunteers, to "Save the Planet"? :D
