Ron Paul Wins GA Dekalb County Straw Poll

They still haven't posted the results on the website, but Ron
Paul won the DeKalb County Republican Party Straw Poll! Unofficial
results follow (because I was writing down the numbers as fast as I
could so I missed the candidates' names):

Ron Paul: 20
Rudy Guiliani: 18
Mitt Romney: 16
Fred Thompson: 12
McCain: 7
...and that's where it gets a bit unsure. Nonetheless, I saw the tally
myself. The chairman even joked that there was a hanging chad problem,
and that the Ron Paul votes counted!

We had a really great time there, although there were a couple of times
I was afraid our passions had gotten the best of us. >:o But we showed
our enthusiasm, and I think we garnered some positive curiosity about
Ron Paul. Most of our brochures were gone, as were the DVDs.

Thanks to everyone who braved the traffic and came to my neck of the
woods. See you tomorrow at Freedom Park!
