It occurred to me that we probably should have been focusing more on the GOP incumbent seats, as we will most likely be wiped out in the majority of Democratic districts as mindless voters go out to vote for President and vote Democratic right down the line.

Hopefully we will get at least one Congressman besides Paul, as Rand predicted, so we'll at least have one victory to hold us together as we prepare for 2010, when those who vote will know slightly more information about the candidates and each vote will make a much larger impact.

So, Bradley in DC or anyone who'd know, what are Vern McKinley's chances?

Also, is BJ lawson or any of our current Republican nominees having any luck convincing Democrats to join them?

According to paulcongress.com current Ron Paul Republican nominees are:
Richard Pryce Matthews
Peter James
Collins Bailey
Mike Hargadon
John McCay III
Dr. B.J. Lawson
Delia Lopez

All are running against a Dem incumbent

The GOP incumbent, Frank Wolf, is very entrenched. It will be hard to beat him imo. VA is not a state that rocks boats anymore. We've lost that part of our heritage it seems.

As far as Vern... well incumbents usually aren't defeated. Let's leave it at that. But this is only Vern's first time running and Wolf will have to leave eventually. If he wins, that would obviously be great.

And yes, some democrats are supporters of William Lawson (see his latest video on YouTube). However, I'm guessing these are people who know him. We need to expand... we need the grassroots to organize better. The problem with Murray Sabrin's campaign was that there really wasn't organized grassroots in NJ.

if we postulate an easier political climate in 2012 for au~h2o republicans, then campaigns that almost
succede by today's rules would lead into a shoe-in in 2012. --- the foundation work is to be laid now.
