To those of you who made a donation, please accept my most sincere thanks. As the article states, we fell far, far short of the minimum ($7,500 donations plus my matching funds) needed to fund our petitioning effort to get on the ballot. I will gladly return your donation or, if you wish, we will use it in our lawsuit against the State of Illinois in our attempt to eliminate their near-impossible ballot access barriers. We will send an e-mail stating the above to each and every donor.
