The most recent post in this DP thread is the best information I've seen about realistic national delegate counts:

Are there enough delegates to nominate RP from the floor at the RNC?

As usual, it appears that there are many complicating factors at each state level.

Since not all national delegates have been selected to date and known RP state delegates are being successfully blocked by the state GOPs, no one really wants to publish a total of delegates, particularly if there are stealth delegates, as well.

We also have no idea as to the national GOP's plans in relation to known RP delegates. Will their seating be challenged, as well?
