The 13th Court of Appeals issued an opinion today giving Nueces County Chair Mike Bertuzzi until 5pm tomorrow (Wednesday, June 4) to grant Vanessa Cahill unlimited access to the Nueces County Precinct Convention Minutes or a writ of mandamus WILL BE ISSUED.

This is great news for the side of law and order. If you are as excited about this as we are please help us get the word out about what we are all about:

Yeeehaa!!!

Everyone that has had the rules broken or state laws violated needs to make a challenge. Everyone from precinct elections to the national delegates.
If you do not know how to go about it call your meet-up organizers, the national campaign, or someone who will guide you.

We will then be leading the charge using the rules and laws that are available to us. Let the revolution roll!

HUGE BUMP.

THIS is where people can start making a difference in these dirty games the GOP is playing. That's stage 3: The jury box. Only thing left is the ammo box.

Your endless need for us to look things up for you is getting annoying. GOOGLE IT! " Neuces County" + "GOP".

Thank you Sandra. You are such a help and a positive reflection on the Ron Paul campaign and its supporters. I am most appreciative of your input and advice. Just curious, are you an old school Linux admin?

Your past requests for facts are generally meant to be facetious.

Well, thank you for your fact searching on me. However, you are wrong and that IS a fact.

Everyone always forgets to REMEMBER GOLIAD.

We lost at the Alamo... We lost at Goliad.
We need to remember them both as historic examples of learning from defeat.

We also need to remember San Jacinto... where we WON!!!

good job folks!!!

Maybe this year, we are in the "Alamo" and "Goliad" phases. These losses inspire us to fight harder, to win our "San Jacinto" in the future.

Sam Houston didn't give up, and neither should we.

Is John McCain the modern day Santa Ana (they both love war!)?

They both seem to want to give Texas back to Mexico, too...

I find it difficult to believe they inserted 'How we can stop Ron Paul' in to their official minutes.

And equally difficult to believe they won't modify the minutes even if they did...

But it's good you're on their case. They need a thorn in their side.
