Graphic! This is what real war is. God bless those men and women (Iraqis and Americans). I find myself disgusted and feeling guilty everytime I enjoy a movie out, a home cooked meal, a soft, comfortable bed, etc. And we wonder why suicide rates are so high. People don't realize what it means to say another soldier died or another Iraqi was killed. Maybe these pictures will help us all realize the horrors of war.

Until I had my own child I would have been able to look at those pictures and stomach them no problem, it's hard now is all I can say....

Heartbreaking photos. My father always made me look at photos like this so i could see the real world and know my true enemies - I remember when I was 14 I watched the beheading of Nick Berg. A little too young for that, I wasn't alright in the head for a couple of months after, and I still hear it and see it in my head now. It will probably stay with me until the day I die.

These photos are the photos every American eye should see. But people are blind... it's incredible heartbreaking seeing these poor veterans. Seeing those photos, I don't know who are the lucky ones anymore... those who died and their face was blown off, or those who just lost a limb and has a lifetime of suffering ahead of them. My heart goes out to the families of the victims - whether they be American or Iraqi. Every life lost in this war is a tragedy.

How many more people are going to have to die...

That beheading of Nick whether fake edited or whatever was indeed nothing fun to watch BUT agreed is something that should be shown. War is not pretty and does need to stop.
