Petition Opposing Climate Alarmism And The $1.2 Trillion Global Warming Tax

The great Carbon Tax train is pulling out of the station today,
as the Senate debates the $1.2 trillion carbon tax bill.

A vote on the tax is expected very soon, and in the time leading
to this historic "carbon vote", we want to unite as many grassroots
citizens as we can who are opposed to what amounts to nothing
more than a mega-dollar tax scheme!

Since launching the national petition opposing the
Lieberman-Warner Climate Security Act (S. 3038),
more than 135,887 citizens have taken action
and signed the petition.

That's a great start, but if we are serious--I mean REALLY
serious about short-circuiting this crippling carbon tax fiasco,
I need you to help me rally an additional 50,000 citizens
over the next seven days!

Rather than attempt to control the spending of Congress, an attempt should be made to differentiate between the "debt" in the 16th ammendment and the "legal counterfeit" created by tyranny.
Because it could determine that unquestioned "debt" only applies to the people of the United States, the Supreme Court can rule that any excessive debt is "legal counterfeit" created by tyranny. Safeguarding the "debt"' of the people and their posterity from the "legal counterfeit" created by the necessary tyanny set up over the people which is only controlled by them occasionally, is the only way to keep the people of the United States from being indebted to both domestic and foreign tyrannies.
A tyranny cannot create debt against the best interests of the people and their posterity after all.
This is all made possible because the Supreme Court can rule however it chooses in favor of the people against the threat of internal and external tyrannies.
Our rule as people is only effective as mediators at the dinner table. We rule by regulating liberty responsibly by "bounding" the bright face of the law -- the king -- while granting "freedom" to the dark faces of our posterity -- the untouchable.

If there are not enough signatures on the petition, then they will get their way and we all will be paying another unneeded tax. It is very important the people show support for stopping this legislation. This silly Global Warming scam is being pushed by the media and from the looks of it, it is going to become established as fact even though it is not the truth.

The sad truth of the matter.....and you know, it might not stop there, as a "crisis"--it could turn into something big that requires "regional government" to handle it...then "a global government"...that or it could be the new religion of the day.

The US was one of the only major industrial countries who did not sign the Kyoto agreements. Europe has invested much more in climate control and energy conservation than we have. The US is not leading on the issue. Others are.
