can someone help me compile a DVD?

I am setting up a booth at one of our local festivals this Oct, you might have heard of it's "pumkin chuckin" contest, it's the Morton Pumkin Festival. I want to have a TV set up playing a DVD of some great RP clips on repeat for people to watch as they come by. however, i havent the foggiest of how to do it. Now i would ask my meetup members, but unfortunately all but 2 of us are non existant. I'd like to use Avaroth's clips, and maybe some others, about 20 mins worth of clips. if someone had the knowledge of how to compile some clips to one file, and send it to me that would be AWESOME.
