I was at the MN State Republican convention, and an unnamed group was putting anti-Ron Paul literature on every one of the chairs.
We then proceeded to take them off of the chairs before the convention started...
I was approached by a sergeant of arms who asked me to stop doing that, so I did. Otherwise, he said, I would be escorted out of the convention.
Then, about 2 hours later, I was outside of the convention ready to re-enter, and the SAME guy stopped me in the doorway. He said, "I was told that you kept on removing that literature after I told you to stop. You are not allowed back into the convention."
I was shocked, since I HAD stopped taking them off the chairs... I was confused too, because it would have been impossible for anyone to see me doing it after I was told to stop. BUT... after swearing that I had stopped, he did let me back in. (Thanks, a**hole!)
But anyway, here's what one of the letters said:
************************************************** ***************
Ron Paul Quote of the Day
"I want to totally disassociate myself from the Reagan Administration."
- Ron Paul (LA Times, May 10, 1988)
Ron Paul WILL NOT Protect Our Nation
Paul Blamed America for 9/11. "Have you ever read the reasons they attacked us? They attack us because we've been over there; we've been bombing Iraq for 10 years." (SC Republican Debate, May 15th)

Representatives, July 12, 2007)
Paul would eliminate the CIA. "Dr. Paul has been trying to capitalize on his anti-war views, though longtime backers know him for a litany of other issues - from returning to the gold standard to ending military commitments to defending Taiwan to scrapping the CIA..." )The Dallas Morning News, May 25, 2007
Paul Opposes the PATRIOT Act. "He has also opposed the Patriot Act and has advocated returning to the gold standard." (The Houston Chronicle, May 25, 2007)

The funniest thing about it all? These papers didn't have any name or address listed on the bottom, so they weren't allowed anyway.
