I really like the second half of "don't tread on me". That moment in the debates when Paul stood in the lion's den and rejected the pre-emptive war argument and demanded that we return to our senses was truly historic. I'd rate that moment, in the context of our times, right up there with any of the great speeches in the American pantheon.

I get choked up everytime I see it. Someday I'd like to stand before a memorial to Ron Paul in our nation's capital that immortalized that moment in stone.
