Did Ron Paul attend the Rally in Branson last Friday? If so, did anyone attend? Does anybody know? I have not read anything about it. Hopefully it went well.

Go to grassroots central here. He was across town from the convention. 1500 people attended, many delegates and alternates. And yes, he spoke.

Ron Paul spoke I saw many cameras recording the event.... whether or not they are going online who knows?
I did take a few pictures and a small amount of video from my camera. I'll have to wait to share that because I just realized I left my camera at my brothers house many miles from here.
The event did go well... just like the others!

We were there and did videotape-not sure how well we got it, because I forgot to charge my battery long enough before we left, but we will try to figure out how to post it tomorrow-he was wonderful-He is so amazing to us!!!
The energy there at the rally was fantastic!!! I was feeling concern for Dr. Paul because I knew he had a tiring day from having to be in Minnesota for their rally at the start of the day, then coming there to be in Missouri in the evening also. As I listened to him at the rally, I found myself once again praying God would strengthen him-I worried about him standing so long and tiring.
When I finally got thru the line to shake his hand, I was amazed, no feeble handshake-firm and much more strength than I had thought. I think his strong character shows in that handshake-I had planned to tell him how much he has inspired me, but they were telling us he only had 15 minutes left before he had to catch his plane, and I felt bad that the line was soooo long, and I was strongly suspicious that only about 1/2 of the people would get to shake his hand) so I wound up telling him "God bless you-I pray for you daily" to which he replied, very sincerely "Thank you."
It touches my heart the way he reaches out to people to show he cares-we got a very beautiful picture of him smiling when he was asked to do a family picture with a couple and their young children-as a typical grandpa, he reached out and brought the little boy in closer for the picture, smiling as he moved, so natural- (I wanted a picture with our family also, but felt it would be too unfair to all those waiting who would not even get to shake his hand, for us to take the extra moments with him)-I love Ron Paul-I cry when I think about the tremendous sacrifices he continues to make. I told a reporter later " I respect him more than any other man in the world" He is such a man of honor!
My highlight of the whole trip to Branson was we got to see Ron Paul in person-a moment in history I will never forget. I think the real reason so many have come to love him, is not only does he stand for truth, but also he doesn't place himself above us, instead he puts himself in amongst us, just common ordinary folk.
