the hardcore adult industry reveals its true passion : Ron Paul & libertarianism (http://www.freeliberal.com/blog/archives/002932.php)

6.45EST on Tucker

i expect nothing short of hilarious :D

update --------
i just found out that Hugh Hefner seems to be some sort of libertarian ?? if that's true an endorsement would certainly make headlines, the question is whether "any news is good news" would apply here or if this would kill any potential nomination...

Max,

Are you seriously thinking that an endorsement from the porn industry is going to help Ron Paul win the Republican nomination?

It won't!!!!

I don't know, the adult industry has a very large income from repressed conservatives. If their vote followed their libido... you never know.

Max,

It won't!!!!

that is the problem, it would be contraproductive. but otherwise "any news is good news"

i even think that was tuckers intention: to help boost rons pauls name recognition a little bit

he was VERY favorable in all his interviews, and there is no reason why he should suddenly try to hurt pauls campaign. i think from the establishment point of view paul is still not dangerous enough to justifie REAL attacks. they still rely on ignorance and a little distortion here and there.

so i think the whole tucker+stripper+paul thing might me a positive thing given pauls name recognition in the general public.

ok l.eagle, i thought about it, an endorsment from Hugh Hefner would almost certainly kill any ron paul nomination. sad but true.

He don't have to endorse him, but we'd gladly take his money as well as all the playboy bunnies :-) Maybe Ron's 3rd quarter donations will double the 2nd quarter donations.

Max,

1) the porn industry reaches a great deal of people.

2) Dr. Paul is open-minded and tolerant, and doesn't judge people. I suggest we do the same and I suggest we move forward, not backward.

3) Whether they are wearing clothes or not, they are still people and are still voters. If all of us went up to whatever group personally offends us and told them they are bad for Dr. Paul, then this Revolution and the Ron Paul campaign would have nobody in it.

Tolerance please, just because they support him doesnt mean they are him.

Don't worry about a Hefner endorsement, he is donating to Hillary or Obama I can't remember which (does it matter).

lol, he's hedging his bets and donated the max to both. I was both shocked and appalled when I saw that.

I'm surprised Larry Flynt hasn't endorsed RP yet. "Hustler" has a reputation for being very anti-establishment and pro-First Amendment!
