I am not for IP piracy but this will affect many more aspects other than Pirate Bay. Basically inside illegal information/conduct or whistleblowing could be protected under this act due to copyrighted works or inside documents. Some in govt are currently trying to make all documents/paintings etc... produced anyone and everyone to have a copyright.
