That bit of history seemed to please Giuliani after he pulled up in a caravan of three black Cadillac Escalades that cruised past about a dozen people holding signs for another GOP candidate, Rep. Ron Paul of Texas.

True, and I don't recall any Julie-Annie photos taken with Reagan, or nice words written/spoken by Reagan about him either.

But Ron Paul on the other hand...

shhhhhh...the mainstream media is coming....

Bad thing is he's talking smaller government and some people will probably believe him. Another instance of copying Ron Paul. Ron really needs to point this out in the debates if this continues. Ron needs to tell the people what he's going to do to reduce the size of government, he should ask what is Trudy and Flip going to do?

Yeah, just to illustrate the minor differences:

"Freedom is about Authority." Giuliani

versus

"If you analyze it I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism. I think conservatism is really a misnomer just as liberalism is a misnomer for the liberals–if we were back in the days of the Revolution, so-called conservatives today would be the Liberals and the liberals would be the Tories. The basis of conservatism is a desire for less government interference or less centralized authority or more individual freedom and this is a pretty general description also of what libertarianism is." Reagan

No self respecting Ron Paul Patriot would allow a traitor to pass unmolested through their territory. I know we didn't;-)

it's news about the supporters, so I think it qualifies.
