All,

I am taking the liberty of sending the following letters which I have
written to you because of the seriousness of the situation in which
we find ourselves in. I am referring to the massive
disenfranchisement of thousands of American citizens from the
American electoral process.

I used to be a private investigator and have written and filed
hundreds of formal complaints all up and down the command lines of
our federal and state agencies.

As you can read in my letters I am a challenged delegate and could
not respond to the letter the Party sent me. I am assuming that I am
thoroughly disenfranchised from the state convention process.

But be that as it may what the leadership did appears to violate
several federal anti-discriminatory laws. In essence I have a
legitimate beef with the Republican Party's leadership. To that end I
wrote the letters and am filing them today.

If you wish, because these will once posted become public property,
you may make copies, post them on the internet, send them to those
interested or plagiarize them to your hearts content. They are no
longer mine but belong to the American people as are all formal
complaints once filed.

I would highly suggest that all whom received formal complaint
letters send in as many complaint letters as possible. Literally
flood the federal and state mail boxes with complaints, and follow on
letters asking what the status of the original complaint is and
include any further data.

Loud public noise is the best offense in this matter. Scream at the
top of your lungs that our Party has been stolen and that you are now
a disenfranchised American citizen. The bad guys can not stand the
bright light of public scrutiny and they will always shrivel away to
nothingness like the blood-sucking vampires they are.

Dear Mr. Gillies,

Please consider this letter a formal complaint that I am filing
against the Missouri Republican Party and Mr. Jared Craighead, the
Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party, for incidents
detailed below.

Mr. Jared Craighead the Executive Director of the Missouri Republican
Party changed the Republican Party rules to skew this currant
presidential election toward his favored candidate by
disenfranchising individuals who voted for other political candidate
during the state primaries. And these rule changes were not forwarded
to the Republican Party faithful in a timely manner.

It is possible that Jarred Craighead may have violated various United
States anti-discriminatory laws. I believe these potential law
violations are occurring because of individually held political
beliefs.

This kind of incident is possibly occurring in other states as well
and if not investigated speedily could portend serious consequences
for our country. I believe this and future federal elections are at
risk as hundreds of Missouri and other Americans citizens are now
disenfranchised from the American electoral process.

I am a duly elected alternate delegate to the Missouri Republican
Primary State Convention and I have been disenfranchised and have
been shut out of the American democratic process by Jared Craighead
and other persons unknown. (See attached tab 1)

The essentials of my complaint follow:

1. I have received a "Challenge Letter" from the Missouri Republican
State Committee. From conversations with members of the local
Republican Party approximately 300 Missouri citizens also received
challenge letters. My belief is that these letters prevent Missouri
citizens from exercising their legal right to propose and vote for
their preferred presidential candidate at the Republican Party
Primary Convention to be held in Branson Missouri .

2. It is vitally important to understand that by and far only those
whom wish to propose a different political candidate other than John
McCain received challenge letters. These challenged citizens were
legally and duly elected, to attend and vote in the Republican
Primary in Branson, by their fellow Republicans, in their respective
district elections. They are legally elected state convention
delegates. The gist of a challenge letter is that the receiver is
required to prove they are faithful and stalwart supporters of the
Republican Party. Thus a person is guilty before trial; denied due
process and may not further participate in the election process until
found faithful to Republican beliefs; IE: the person is
disenfranchised from the electoral process.

3. The letters state that the challenged were to appear at the
Republican Party headquarters in Jefferson City with little time
given to those challenged. All had to appear in Jefferson City before
the Republican Party's officials or forfeit their right to vote
because of their failure to prove their faithfulness to the
Republican Party.

4. No attempt was made by the Republican Party State Committee
Officials to inform the challenged delegate whom had written the
challenge letter. Thus an inquisition atmosphere has been affected.
We do not know whom are accusers are.

5. Other local Republican Party members informed me that when they
appeared before the Republican State Committee they were requested to
fill out a survey or form written so that the opposition's candidate
was made to appear the candidate of their choice. And if they
answered per their own political beliefs the survey or form could be
used to "prove" they are not faithful Republicans and thus the survey
or form was used to deny their right to vote in the state convention.

6. Per the Republican Party rules the final decision to "seat the
delegates"; meaning, ascertain who is a legal delegate with the
authority to propose and vote for who will become the Missouri
Republican Presidential Candidate, will occur at the Republican State
Convention in Branson Missouri . With no warning these three-hundred
stalwart and faithful Republican Party members, who were legally
elected to their seats, will be disenfranchised from the American
political process.

7. It should be noted that to date and from sketchy information only
Ron Paul supporters received challenge letters: the rules as written
by Jared Craighead clearly state that any Republican who voted for
any other delegate would be challenged and not be allowed to
participate in the republican state Primary. The rules as written by
Jared Craighead would disenfranchise those who supported Mitt Romney,
Mike Huckabee, Ron Paul or any other Republican primary candidate.

8. In addition to this another incident occurred several weeks ago in
which at the District Convention rules were changed which benefited
the opposition's candidate. These rules were promulgated by unknown
persons, then proposed at the Missouri County Caucasus's which in
essence shut out those whom wished to propose different Primary
Delegates. Rules were written which benefited certain delegates and
shut out other delegates. No letter was sent to the party's district
faithful which brought these rules to light prior to the Missouri
County Caucasus's.

9. Per the by-laws of the Republican Party, Roberts Rules of Order,
any Republican may challenge another member of the Republican Party
as to their faithfulness to the core beliefs of the party. However
now when challenged, the challenged person looses their right to
participate in the Republican Party process until proved they are
faithful.

10. My firm belief is that Jared Craighead and perhaps others,
wishing to gain political advantage, has requested and or instructed
others to write a series of challenge letters which has denied some
300 Missouri citizens the legal right to participate in the Missouri
Republican Party Primary. This number is sufficient I believe to
throw the state primary election in favor of a favored faction within
the Republican Party.

Summation:

It would appear that the American democratic process has been usurped
by persons as yet unnamed for some as yet named personal gain. Let me
be frank; at the time the "Republican Party Challenge Letter" was
proposed, written, posted and received by these 300 Missouri citizens
no "Republican Party Presumptive Candidate" was nominated or voted
for by any Missouri Republican Party member. The Republican Party's
Presidential Primary Convention has not been held at the filing of
this formal complaint thus no candidate has been nominated thus we do
not have a Republican presumptive candidate.

I believe these "300 challenge letters" while appearing legal and
supposedly within the Republican Party's by-laws, is in fact an
illegal scheme created and orchestrated by a select few individuals
for their own personal gain. If this is true, and is taken to its
extreme, it will in essence throw the Missouri Republican Primary
vote in favor of a particular candidate by shutting out of the
election the opposing candidate's state convention legally elected
delegates.

Far more serious is this is occurring in other states thus it is
possible that the Republican Party's political process, once held
sacrosanct by American citizens, has been sold to the highest bidder.
This smacks of South American politics and thrown elections; which
are always for the good of their country but which always seem to
somehow financially favor the ruling party.

This is so serious that an internet website has posted various
video/voice recordings of the proceedings with commentaries regarding
this. I have included the email addresses of the sites to assist you
in the investigatory process.

In addition I have taken the liberty, because of the seriousness of
this incident, to forward this formal complaint letter to other
federal and Missouri state agencies as well as our elected officials
because I am uncertain to which agency this complaint should be
addressed to. And investigatory speed is of paramount importance.

I am specifically requesting a formal inquiry into this matter at the
earliest possible opportunity as the Missouri Republican Primary is
but a few days away.

If you need any further information to assist you in this matter
please feel free to contact me at your discretion.

Respectfully submitted

To Jarred Craighead,

This past week after my return from a trip to Florida I noted that I
had received a Certified Letter Notice from the US Postal Service.
This letter was from the Missouri Republican State Committee dated
April 25, 2008. Today I retrieved said letter from the US postal
Service and it stated that I was now a Challenged Alternative
Delegate to the Missouri Republican State Convention. (See Attached)

I view your letter, because you are the Executive Director of the
Missouri Republican Party and I am using your in the broad sense, as
an illegal attempt to silence my political views thus shutting me out
of the American political process.

Your letter carried the insinuation that I am not a loyal, stalwart
and faithful member of the Republican Party. That I be queried by the
Missouri Republican State Committee and allowed a bare five minutes
to respond and thus prove that I am a loyal member of the Republican
Party.

For everyone's edification I have been a member of only one political
party for my entire adult voting life; so was my father and so was my
grandfather; that political party to which they and I belong is the
Republican Party. I wish to remind you that here in America we have a
private ballot of which you have no business asking of; but I clearly
state that I have never voted for any Democratic candidate, ever.

My family's history is such that not only did Teagardens serve Mr.
Lincoln's Union Army during the American Civil War but three
Teagardens served at Valley Forge during our war for independence.
Three of my relative's names are carved in stone on the National Bell
Tower Monument at Valley Forge Pennsylvania . And perhaps you have
forgotten that President Lincoln was the first Republican President.

In addition during the Vietnam War while stationed in southern
California I was spate upon by misguided individuals for my
Republican political views, it was not a pleasant experience but I
did not waver.

I am a thirteenth generation American citizen and frankly I take
umbrage at your insinuation that I am not a loyal Republican. Further
I have never been related to the south end of a north bound mule and
look upon those who are as misguided brethren.

I would think that considering my family's history and my own
personal experiences and views; I am a firm believer in the Regan and
Goldwater ideals of the Republican Party; that this makes me a
faithful and loyal member of the Republican Party.

Personally I am fairly certain that your quasi and quite possibly
illegal action was designed to thoroughly disenfranchise myself and
others from the American political process via rarely used rules in
Robert's Rules of Order.

You gave me little time to respond to your request; that I present
myself before the Republican State Credentials Committee. Because I
was out of state I did not know of your letter and thus was not able
to attend or respond in any manner this letter stands in my defense.

Because I have always believed in our American system of justice I
have written a formal complaint letter to the St. Louis Office of the
Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding your actions. (See
Attached)

This letter and the formal complaint addressed to the FBI will also
be forwarded to a majority of our elected representatives, various
federal and state agencies and other news organizations, including
those of the Democratic persuasion.

At this point in time considering my status as a franchised American
citizen is at risk I am requesting the following information under
the Freedom of Information Act.

1. How many challenge letters have been filed per year in the last
five years?

2. Who wrote the current challenge letter doubting my loyalty to the
Republican Party?

3. Was there a particular reason for doubting my faith in the
Republican Party?

4. Was the decision to challenge only certain supporters made locally
or did the state leadership receive advice, legal or otherwise from
outside sources, in how to squelch a legal faction in the Missouri
Republican Party?

5. Would any member of the Missouri Republican State Committee
financially benefit from challenging the Republican opposition?

6. Please provide me with a copy of the letter, note or memorandum
that indicated my lack of faith to the Republican Party ideals.

7. Do you or does the Republican State Committee possess any other
written notes or electronically stored information, including emails,
memorandums, or tape recorded conversations regarding my or others
challenge letters?

If you feel you cannot fulfill any part of this lawful request then
provide me a letter stating why you can not and point out the
specific parts of American law that govern your refusal to do so. I
will expect a response within ten working days.

Finally this letter serves notice as a formal challenge letter. I am
filing a challenge against you and the entire body of the Missouri
Republican State Committee, names as yet unknown, challenging your
fitness to serve the Republican Party. In essence your actions, Mr.
Craighead have caused me to thoroughly doubt your loyalty,
stalwartness and faithfulness to the Republican Party and its ideals.
You sir allowed others; if not actively yourself acted in detriment
manner to our Party's ideals.

You have publicly disgraced the Republican Party.

Respectfully submitted by a faithful and stalwart supporter of the
Republican Party

WOW! 5 Stars!!

Only bit that confuses me a little is this:

Did you mean to say:

several weeks ago in which at the District Convention
rules, which benefited the opposition's candidate, were
changed

or am I completely misunderstanding?
