Dear Fellow Ron Paul Supporters:
Hi, my name is Debra Reineke at dreineke@ntin.net. I am with the DFW Straw Poll Planning committee. I need to get the contact information for each delegate in your group so that, I can tell them they can get two extra guest tickets at the registration desk before they go into the convention hall! They are entitled to these guest tickets regardless whether or not they signed up for them previously when they registered with the Republican Party. All they need to do is to ask for them at the registration desk. Our plan is to have a volunteer in an orange Ron Paul t-shirt standing by the door-lobby area that goes into the registration desk area.
That volunteer will assign you guest volunteers that have the proper identification, $25.00 and be ready to accompany you inside. The guest will reimburse you for their ticket immediately! So, if you are not already taking two guests with you to the Straw Poll will you please help us out? We are trying to get as many Ron Paul volunteers and supporters into the Straw Poll as possible. There is much to do inside the convention center. Also, if anybody in your group wants to volunteer to be a delegate guest and work inside the convention center during the straw poll please contact me as well! I can fix you up!

You will need driver?s license, voter registration card and $25.00 cost of admission. The registration area is located on the south side of the convention center in the exhibit annex dock storage area off Commerce Street. <Attached is a map of the convention center>.

People who aren't local to DFW but who want to know what we're doing with the straw poll and other things of statewide/national interest can now subscribe to an announcements and (minimal) general discussion list. Just send an email tonondfw-subscribe@dallasforronpaul.org Then wait for an approval reply (shouldn't take more than a couple hours).
