Or...

you could donate to BJ Lawson, Vern McKinley, Amit Singh, Murray Sabrin, and other worthy candidates. They're a far better use of your money.

Why would you donate money to a for-profit company? This is offensive. Alex has some big balls.... From his article....

"the folks who brought us the Ron Paul Moneybomb have launched the Infowars Moneybomb. "

How dare he act as if just a couple people were behing our money bombs, and claim that these same people are now with him? What an ass.

"Alex will use this money to build a studio, a sound stage, purchase cameras and equipment, computers, expand office space and hire additional staff."

So the purpose of the money bomb is for Alex to grow his company. Jesus christ. I would donate to Steve Parent before I would donate to this.

wow. that's fucked up.

*even if Alex Jones successfully enlarged his business to the point of actually competing with the MSM, we would just be replacing one biased source with another.

this is really stupid.

A bigger platform for Infowars means a bigger platform for the freedom movement. We want more people paying attention to Ron Paul's message, right? Imagine the benefit of fair interviews for future "Ron-Pauls" on a mainstream patriot TV network with the increasingly popular Infowars brand behind it. Then stop wishing for success and start making it happen...

Easy Andy.

5 posts under your belt are not enough to know who are "trolls" around here.

Some of the people that posted are long time, hard working Ron Paul people, not "trolls" by a long shot.

You have to understand that roughly half the people here are AJ listeners.

The other half are not, and make that point known in no uncertain terms.

(full disclosure-I'm a long time AJ listener)

isnt Alex supported by advertisers??

Yes, but he doesn't accept sponsors that he doesn't believe in. So all the BS stuff that sells really hot on most alternative radio networks are not in his commercial breaks. For some reason, the more legit stuff is a harder sell.

He does have enough money to maintain the status quo. But that's not the issue. The plan is to trump the mainstream media by making the alternative media mainstream. That means making his radio show a TV show, evolving eventually into a TV network.

Imagine, a TV news/talk network not full of bull! Sounds like a pipe dream, eh?

Such a "guarantee" from an anonymous Internet user is meaningless. What credibility do you possess that you can presume to speak for Alex Jones? How can you guarantee that he will actually use the monies allegedly raised for the purposes you say? Are you Alex Jones yourself, or do you work for his organization?

It's really sad and pathetic to see how wholly infiltrated these forums are by neocons, agents and party-liners. It's been quite the trollfest here every time somebody suggests a new money bomb, or promoting Alex Jones, Ron Paul, and truth in the news.

Thankfully we won't have to rely on these forums for long. Once the cable network is up there will be a whole new playing field to the information war against FAUX news, the communist news network, Microsoft NBC and Another Bullcrap Channel.

Andycam needs to start using those oddly-shaped little things called quotation marks then. Just a suggestion.

Get off your high horse and go back to Asgard.

Stop spreading negativity about positive ideas...

You have no idea what will come out of this money bomb.

Lots of straight lines to knock out of the park so far. So keep 'em coming.

A private business begging for charity to cover its operating expenses is unseemly and a bit pathetic.

It's not for operating expenses.

They have enough for that off of advertising and PrisonPlanet.tv subscriptions.

Have you actually listened to the broadcast this week?

It's clearly a fundraiser to step things up to a new level, a level which they cannot attain on their own means, but once they get to, will be self-sustaining.

This means cable or satellite TV. There is more than enough room for that today.

Why is it that every bug-eyed, leather-lunged, slick-haired, Armani suit-wearing, silver-tongued TV preacher seems to have his own cable channel these days but Alex Jones apparently can't afford to? I mean my (deity), if that pathetic rabble known as "Free Speech TV" (Dish Network, Channel 9415) can get their own channel ...

Andycam

Alex Jones is not bug-eyed, slick-haired, Armani-suited, silver-tongued or a TV preacher. He's a news journalist, radio show host, and Internet TV host.

Got it?

That's a very crude analogy, and it entirely misrepresents what Alex stands for.

A private business begging for charity to cover its operating expenses is unseemly and a bit pathetic.

I always thought it was strange that a private business would openly support and call for the pirating of its product for years. So when the private business comes to me and says "hey, if you toss me a donation, I'll be able to step it up and make plenty more product that I'll encourage you to pirate and distribute" I think "well alright, I've downloaded 10 of your movies, and am entertained by your show but have never bought a product from your advertisers. So sure, here is $50"

Then it also just so happens that that private business supports many of the same things I do, and also helps bring more people to my causes, and makes more people informed about them.

Make sense now?
