Purpose: The RonPaul2008 Meetup Alliance will serve as a way for local Ron Paul groups to coordinate their efforts and have a mechanism for communication.

I have signed up as well so I can get the word out about the Revolution By Mail project as well. I feel that will really help that effort get going. I think a grassroots pr system would be very beneficial.

A way to get news to EVERYONE immediately would be amazing. I think the Alliance is great because it allows them to weed people out as well to keep things organized.
