Can you please post in this thread your location and any other information so we can start compiling the actual places and work on dates?
Also, any other info you would like to include- please do. I know a couple of you have experience that we'd love to hear about and others would like to include local musicians as well.
Thank you all SO MUCH!!!! :D

Hi, I am one the volunteers to put this together in Atlanta, Georgia.
There was a very successful Ron Paul Rockfest in October at Smith's Olde Bar (filled to near capacity of 350) with16 local bands on the bill, and I'm sure some would love to be added in again.
The same venue could easily be booked again, but I realize Ron Paul's success has grown since October so we might have to look for a larger place. It's kind of difficult to gauge how many more people might be coming, but one popular local band could bring in even more people.
(I have also personally volunteered to foot the bill for posters and flyers for promotion :)

Thank you, Andrea. Your meetup is noted. As soon as we have a firm count on which meetups are in, we'll be able to start scheduling for dates. Right now it looks like the last week or so in June for Atlanta as a ballpark figure. :)

I am an organizer for the Pittsburgh meetup group. We have a very active meetup group and would be interested in bringing the Freedom Tour here.

Hello! My name's Laura, I'm with the Columbus group (after our primary we transitioned to being the Ohio Freedom Alliance (http://www.ohiofreedom.com)) and I wanted to express our interest in being one of the tour stops.
I want to be up-front, I'm not sure how much time and energy we can devote to the organizing of the show because we're still in the process of getting the OFA off the ground, so much of our time is being spent on that. However-- we would be more than happy to spread the word to our members (almost 600) and do what we can to help you guys with location-specific stuff like finding a venue, etc.
One of our members tried to get a music festival/benefit set up before the primary, so she might be interested in this project, I'll ask her and direct her to this forum.
Thanks for picking Columbus, hope we can all put together a great show! :-)

Hi There!
I'm so psyched to hear that you are doing this tour. Would you consider coming to Rhode Island? I know it looks close to both Boston and New York, but honestly, because RI is so small people have a very different perspective about distance. You will RARELY see a RI license plate outside of our borders!
I'm the Organizer of the RI Ron Paul Meetup #802. We have about 150 members and we are quite active. We've thrown three Liberty Balls (rock bands) with speeches in between about the sorry state of America and educating people about Dr. Paul. We have had been doing a local Ron Paul radio talk show hosted by Sue Berge who actually studied Austrian Economics with Ron Paul at Von Misses. We also have formed a Book Club that shows movies and discusses books in the recommended reading list of Revolution A Manifesto. AND we have a youtube / local cable show called WE THE PEOPLE. oh and We have a Letters to The Editor campaign going and naturally people call into the talk radio shows. We will be commandeering an entire movie theater by University of Rhode Island and have a line up of politically charged movies on tap to show starting the end of June. So we are extremely active...but Rhode Islanders DON'T LEAVE RHODE ISLAND.
Would you please consider coming here? I'm sure we could work together to get your show filled. Please contact me.
