Hello my fellow PATRIOTS.
It has been a long week of working against the nefarious
Great Lakes Water Compact. Sorry for the delay in Posting.
I want to thank all of you who keep coming up with the
items I put in this little e-newsletter. It is important to a
great many readers....THANKS!

I would like to see more of you get involved in defeating the
nefarious Great Lakes Compact at this time though. Please!
I have started a MeetUp group just for this purpose, to use
as a central site for information pertaining to the compact.

You can visit the site and even sign up (I would hope) by

To get up to speed on just what the compact is, all you need
to do is go to the message board and start reading the posts
from the bottom up. It is all there for your convenience.
This is a top priority issue right now.
And if you bother to read the information on it...
...you'll know why.

It IS about United Nations Agenda 21 styled control of our
most valuable resource...WATER.
It IS about unconstitutional control of our private property.
This issue can not go uncontested
Please get involved for the sake of our liberty.

It IS up to all of us to STOP this kind of BS from being forced
upon us. We have the power. Let's use it!

About the Great Lakes St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Compact.
I am asking you to vote against this unconstitutional piece of legislation.
It is not just an attempt to take complete control of the great lakes water.
It would also take all other private water rights away from people in Ohio,
Pennsylvania, New York, Minnisota, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
We do not need this compact, as we already have a federal law protecting
diversion of the great lakes water that was passed in 1986 and renewed in 2007.
The Water Resources Development Act of 1986 is a remarkable piece of protectionist
legislation that prohibits out-of-basin diversions of Great Lakes water without the approval
of the governors of all eight Great Lakes Basin states.

Sponsor's of this new bill claim it will "protect" our already protected water.
It will do just the opposite!

Understand, that the "Basin" is not the edge of the lakes, but extends deep inland.
This means our private wells, ponds and streams will be put in a "public/state trust"
controlled by an "appointed" council not required to answer to the people.
Our God given right to water will be converted to a privilege under state control, thru the
"public/state trust". This "privilege" can be revoked at anytime by the "trust", and there
is no law to protect us from that if our water is in a "public/state trust".
This compact must not pass, or even be considered.

One should also note the fact that this compact is very similar to the United Nations Agenda 21
chapter 18 (concerning water). And some of the wording is verbatim.
We are being told it took "years" for the designers of the compact to put it together.
I find that hard to believe after review of the two unconstitutional documents.

Please stand by the oath of office you took to uphold the US constitution.
Vote against this unconstitutional compact.

Thank-you for the form letter. I have been concerned about our great lakes for years. They still keep trying to divert our water to the arid western states. I feel that people who move out west know that there is a water shortage and if they chose to live there, then they should accept a life style that allows for that.
Now, they want to allow foreign countries to decide what to do with one of our most valuable resources??? NO WAY!
