How to stop sheeple from voting

Could any of you people with the know how to have a test on a computer. First enter all the current presidential hopefuls and all their stances on what they would do as president in a computer . Have the computer choose who is most qualified. Can this be done?
How great if in the future we could cut the main news out of pushing their choice for president and digging up every piece of dirt on a canidate. Also stop the sheeple from voting wrong.

There are flaws.
The machine needs to be programed=By Who? and What criteria?
In simple computer lingo, GIGO.

Better to wake and educate the people and have a intelligent society.
There will always be stupid voters, but work to make them a minority.

Well it was a thought for the future. The founding fathers creed could be set up in computers and see what they would say. Like have the constitution only .
