question about this stimulus package...

My sister called me today to see if I'd heard anything bout the stimulus packages being sent out to higher income level individuals. Apparently they were talking on Fox about this, they said that 'rich' people would be more apt to spend the money rather than use it on bills and such that lower incomes would. has anyone heard anything about this?

No, but honestly, it makes sense that those with bills to pay will pay the bills, first. I hope so anyway.

I'll use most of this "stimulus" to pay off other bills; drop some into savings for an emergency, etc.

Granted, I plan on blowing about an 1/8th of it... I've got some things I've been wanting to pick up and haven't gotten around to.
