tea party i think

but this was unfortunately a few days before i became a legit supporter

i knew of ron paul but was still searching a little... im guessing the excitement of the huge donation helped me just join in... i forget though.

I think it was a day or two after Christmas. I joined these forums and from then on that's when I've been REALLY dedicated. i wish more RP supporters were a part of these forums

For me, the best moment was when I first learned about RP almost a year ago. I've been hooked ever since.

So far, my favorite personal moment was in New Hampshire. CNN panned the camera on the Hillary Supporters, then out of the blue you see a huge Ron Paul sign on a 30 foot pole go right square in front of the camera and all you see on TV was the sign.

That guy with the 30-foot pole is running for office....check this thread:

Listening to Ronpaulradio and drinking beer during the tea party had to be some of the most exciting moments.

Running around in the middle of the night putting up Ron Paul posters before super Tuesday was up there as well.

My favorite so far is the 'marching orders from the constitution' comment in the Fox debate. Basically a perfect response to a very stupid question and a bad ass response at that.

You forgot one event...and I am sure everyone will agree with me...the greatest moment during the Ron Paul Revolution was the re-election of Ron Paul for Congress....Ron Paul's victory over Chris Peden.

My favorite moment by far was learning that I am not alone.

Going to my first meetup and meeting so many like-minded people, even several libertarian women, all in one place was waaaay cool!!

And then the network the r3VOLution has created on the 'net...I have new friends all over the country.

The Fat Lady hasn't made a sound yet.

But there have been some great moments.

Ghouliani getting stuffed.

The boat ride, the supporters in Georgia,,,
the most fun moments.

So many good ones...I'll never forget these:

June 30th rally in Des Moines when RP drew a bigger crowd at Hy-Vee Hall than the Iowans for Tax Relief and Iowa Christian Alliance Presidential Candidate Forum across the hall - which had excluded him. I think of this as the beginning of the grassroots mobilization.

The whole week of the Drake debate ("just come home") and the Ames Straw Poll - more great grassroots mobilization.

My favorite part was Ron Paul ordering the arrest of Dick Cheney moments after he took the oath of office.

So you're suggesting that I'm not electable and the Republicans don't want me because I'm a strict fiscal conservative, because I believe in civil liberties? Why should we not be defending civil liberties and why should we not be talking about foreign policy that used to be the part of the Republican Party?

Mr. Republican Robert Taft didn't even want us to be in NATO and you're saying now that we have to continue to borrow money from China to finance this empire that we can't afford?

Let me see if I get this right. We need to borrow $10 billion from China, and then we give it to Musharraf, who is a military dictator, who overthrew an elected government. And then we go to war, we lose all these lives promoting democracy in Iraq. I mean, what's going on here?

And you're saying that this isn't appealing to Republicans? Where did this come about? I think this is the Republican message. I defend the platform. It used to say we'd get rid of the Department of Education. It doesn't say that now.

We, as Republicans, went and doubled the size of the Department of Education, so where have we gone? I think we've lost our way. And then the insinuation that I am less Republican because of that?

That was before I found these forums but that along with November 5th where my favorite events. Watching the 30 foot pole guy was good, and parts of the debates was great. Of course the RNC will be great too.

ghemminger broadcasting the taping of Ron Paul on The Tonight Show live on RonPaulRadio because he forgot to turn his cell phone off... Including when he used the bathroom.

OK, maybe not the greatest moment, but I will never forget it.

Personally Tea Party 07 will always stick out. We made some good history that day.
