I think multi-copy purchases are a significant factor in this books' rise on the bestseller lists. Seriously, how many other books do people frequently purchase more than one of?

NY Times stuck a dagger by the book indicating bulk purchasing going around.

I was wondering about their dagger. Damn them. I bought 2. One for me, one as a gift.

I just looked at the NYT website, RP's book isn't even listed. (I looked under hardcover nonfiction.)

I ordered the audiobook from Amazon. Then I got impatient and bought the hardcover book at my local Hastings.

I purchased 7 so far. ..

First I ordered 2 for myself. (one that I am planning to keep and another one that I will lend out to people.)

Then, I purchased 5 more for 5 of the PA District 15 delegates. We decided to send the books and a RP DVD to our district delegates. I offered to purchase the books.

Initially, I wanted to see if we (Allentown RP Meetup) could all donate to purchase books for all of the delegates in PA. But it was recommended for us to concentrate on our district and see if the other districts would do the same. I'm not sure how that is going though.

I live near Long Beach ports where they have many truck drivers coming in to load or unload at shipyard area... Why don't we make thousands of those audiobook copies for truck drivers, I'm sure they'd like to hear while driving on long roads?! But, will that violate its copyright? Is that legal?

I havent ordered any. I didnt have to order my copy. I got a co-worker to buy it for me because we made a bet that he couldnt find one single inconsistent vote in RPs voting record that went against anything he stood for. I had to do the same for his candidate (Obama) and I found tons of flip-flop votes (of course) but he couldnt even find one instance to challenge. He bought me my copy AND said he will no longer vote for Obama and he asks me for more RP info all the time. Win-win for the revolution! :D
