Time we give them some of their own medicine...

I'm sick of reading about "Paulunteers", "Paultards", and whatever other slurrable nicknames they use for us.

Now granted McCain doesn't really have "supporters" in the true sense of the word... but still, I think we should come up with an equally "slurrable" descriptive word for those who are pushing the decrepit old fart...

My vote is for McCainiacs -- to emphasize the "insanity" that they are all suffering...

Any takers? Or are their other "more descriptive" choices???

McCainiacs doesn't sound nearly as derogatory as Paultards. In fact, McCain himself used it in a WWE promo he did recently: "Whatcha gonna do when McCain and all his McCainiacs run wild on ya?"

Republican convention drama in the works?
By Wally Edge
Category: President, LocalTags: John McCain, Hillary Clinton, Barack ObamaTop Story: Opinion

I was just faxed a copy of a letter from some woman named Charlotte Iserbyt - who is apparently a delegate to the Maine Republican convention. This letter almost makes me wish I were going to the convention!

She does not like John McCain. No, that would be too kind. Let me quote her letter:

"This letter, supported by many delegates to the Republican Convention, is literally about saving the party and the nation from a maniacal neoconservative war monger, who supports a United State presence in Iraq for 100 years, and who is not really even a Republican"

Wow, and I thought the Clinton and Obama drama was good. As much as I would like to quote the entire letter, I ‘m pretty sure you can find most of this stuff off any Ron Paul forum. What makes this so incredible is that according to my sources, she mailed this to every Republican delegate (more than 1500) registered to attend the convention.

Ms. Iserbyt, adds this little gem at the end, "McCain has little support nationally...there are never huge rallies for McCain, unless people are paid to show up. In short, he is a media creation and the darling of the Trotskyite neoconservative warmongers who have hijacked our party"

That's sweet.

From what I hear, the McCain folks and local republican leaders are worried, very worried about some Nevada like flare up that essentially shut down the state convention last Saturday without electing national delegates. While it certainly too early to tell if this letter represents anything substantial. Republican insiders are taking it very seriously.

Rest assured, our ace reporter, Jessica Alaimo will be on the scene covering the whole affair from gavel to gavel!

I agree about wanting to emphasize the "insane" aspect. (And to "drive it home" -- I mean a local County GOP chairman says he believes JM is "mentally unstable" -- and yet he intends to "support" him as nominee??? THAT is insane! {and unethical, and immoral, and a host of other words... it beggars description}).

So, how about "McInsainiacs" then?

I typically refer to him a "Juan McInCain"

Just think the meme needs to be pounded and repounded constantly.

Charlotte Iserbyt. That is not "some woman". She wrote an incredible book entitled, "The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America".

You can go here to see her site: http://www.deliberatedumbingdown.com/

She has released her book for free here: here (http://www.deliberatedumbingdown.com/MomsPDFs/DDDoA.sml.pdf) (PDF).

Enjoy!
