I must admit, the man was decent enough to reply to my borderline harassing comments on his page, with a nice reply.

Hi Richard –

It should be announced within the next couple of days. Sue Lowden says she is hoping to get the Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas donated, as it was donated to the state Democrat party for their do-over (ours is not a do-over, it is a continuation).

So, before I email him back.. From my understanding, it sounds like to me that you guys had already voted for delegates and he ended it in the middle of a vote count? I'm trying to understand this complicated caucus business before I reply back.

So if there would be a continuation, what would you guys be continuing?

OK here's where it stands:

We had finished voting for the 3 delegates from each of the Congressional Districts (9 delegates total). Those ballots are locked in the casino's safe deposit box. RP people witnessed the sealing of the boxes, and their presence/signature will be required to get the boxes back out of the casino (as I understand it).

We have 22 more at-large delegates to elect.

We believe it to be against the state GOP by-laws to hold the convention at the Cox arena. The state by-laws require the convention to be held OUTSIDE of Clark county (LV) every two years. This is being looked into. Many Washoe & rural county GOP members (not just RP supporters) are NOT HAPPY about the idea of having to go to Las Vegas to 'continue'

There's the question.....leave out the part about unhappy people, because Beers has no interest in making you happy.

I asked him what he would do to insure that our nominee will get delegates.

Although I doubt he will reply, because he has been on the other forums. Hes watching us. If he wasn't a drinker last night, he probably is one today.

Spread this link around, its a Robert's Rules cheat sheet I posted: http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?p=1421634

We need to get this in the hands of all our state and national delegates.
They need to prepare to challenge by the rules.
